Welcome to Americore Nutrition. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Using Our Service

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place orders.

2. Accounts

To purchase, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes where required.
• We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and pricing. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct an order and will notify you promptly.
• Until an order is confirmed and payment (if any) is verified, we may decline it.

4. Payment

Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments, when enabled, are processed by a third-party payment gateway under its own terms. We never store your full card or UPI credentials.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Our return policy and shipping details are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Product Reviews & Content

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our site. You must own your content, and it must be lawful and not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The site, its design, branding, and original content are the property of Americore Nutrition and protected by applicable laws. Product images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Americore Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
