Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you — and what to do if something's not right.
🚚 Shipping
- Where we ship: across India.
- Shipping charge:
a flat fee of ₹49.00 per order.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location and product availability.
- Order tracking: once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Track it any time on our Track Order page.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You'll see status updates (Pending → Packed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered) on your order details page and via tracking.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
- Return window: most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- How to return: contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
- Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer.
- Non-returnable items: for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g. personal care, innerwear, opened cosmetics) may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
❌ Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible — but you can return the item after delivery under our returns policy. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
